Friesz named to Academic All-State Team

The North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals is excited to announce that the 2024 North Dakota Academic All-State Teams have been selected. One hundred ninety high school seniors were nominated by their school principal and competed for statewide honor in the Class AA, A, and B divisions. Student selection is based on grade-point averages, ACT or SAT scores, extracurricular activities, community involvement, and leadership qualities.

GCMR boys finish in overtime

The hardwood held heartbreak for the Grant County/Mott-Regent (GCMR) boys basketball team, when they ended their season after an overtime loss to Hettinger/Scranton, 50-59, in the District 5 tournament, following a tough game against Bowman County in the opening round.
