Resignations accepted at Flasher

During the February Flasher School Board meeting, the board was presented with the idea of purchasing another handicap bus, accommodating 14 passengers. The board discussed the cost of the bus$112,795.00, which would be taken out of the General Fund under Transportation. They board also briefly discussed the benefits the bus would add to transporting kids in need of handicapped-friendly transportation to and from school. The board approved the purchase of the bus.

Bentz earns district accolades

As the Grant County High School Principal and Athletic Director, Terry Bentz juggles 22 sports teams, 27 coaches and a seven-page yearlong checklist from the N.D. High School Activities Association. And those are just his duties as an athletic director.
