Flasher Students Celebrate FFA Week
Flasher students celebrated FFA week February 17-24, partcipating in different activities, exposing them to different agriculture subject matter, which plays a large role in everyone’s lives.
Southwest Water Authority awarded for best municipal water
Southwest Water Authority (SWA) received prestigious accolades at the 34th Annual Berkely Springs International Water Tasting. The contest welcomes waters from more than a dozen countries and states from West Coast to East Coast. “Water is essential to the well-being of the residents we serve, and we are proud to consistently receive awards for the high-quality water we manage and operate in southwest North Dakota,” stated James Odermann, SWA Board of Directors Chairper- son.
Hager joins American Angus Association
Matt Hager, New Leipzig, North Dakota, is a new member of the American Angus Association , reports Mark McCully, CEO of the national breed organization headquartered in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Parent-Teacher conferences
Parent-Teacher conferences have been scheduled for Tuesday, March 12 from 3:30 - 9:30 p.m. There is no school on Wednesday, March 13 due to a comp day for Parent-Teacher conferences. Also, there is no school due to spring break on Thursday and Friday, March 14 and 15. Conferences are open to all parents with children in grades K-12.
