Anthrax outbreak affects 24 herds
With no new cases reported since mid-August, an anthrax outbreak in southwestern North Dakota seems to have been contained through vaccinations and diligence by area ranchers.
County courthouse turns 100

Progress continues to open Mott Health Care Center
As the Mott Health Care Center board of directors continues to raise funds to open a basic care nursing home in the community, the Mott City Council approved a $100,000 donation to the project.
