Construction of the new Gooseneck Implement dealership building in Elgin continues, as the interior walls are being framed and exterior lot work prepares for the concrete installation. “An end of August completion timeframe seems to be a realistic goal, barring any unforeseen delays,” said Bryan Hoffer, construction project manager with Gooseneck Implement, headquartered in Minot.
“Gooseneck Implement overall has a long history of reinvesting in our buildings and our tools,” General Manager Kevin Borud said in a news release. “We are building to fit the needs of the next 30 to 40 years, not just right now.
Gooseneck broke ground on the Elgin building in October 2019. The 27,840-square-foot building will feature a larger parts storage area; sales offices; a shipping and receiving area; and a wash bay.
