Hettinger County - Nathan and Jamie Thomas
Nathan and Jamie operate a grain farm and Angus cow/calf operation. Together, they farm and ranch
alongside Nathan’s parents, James and Patricia Thomas, and Nathan’s brother-in-law, Josh Greff. They
formed a partnership and farm and ranch under the partnership GT Stock and Grain. They use diverse crop
rotation with no-till and regenerative farming practices. Their main focus is soil health. Nathan sits on the
Hettinger County Crop Improvement board. He is the Hettinger County representative to the ND Soybean
Council, sits on the Mott-Regent School Board and is a member of the St. Stephen’s KC Club. Jamie is a
foster care eligibility worker.
