“Spring has sprung, the grass has ris’, I wonder where the flowers is.” What a relief to have some sunny, warmer weather again. Robins are back, and the sparrows are busy fighting over whatever on the front lawn. Then they all take off like a cloud and land in a favorite lilac bush at neighbor Gwen Zinggs’ for a while. Gwen is an animal lover too, and feeds the birds. She stopped by for a visit Saturday afternoon and we had a nice time reminiscing about our pet cats.
