Storm celebrate a big victory on the road

The Grant County-Flasher Storm defeated the Hettinger-Scranton Nighthawks 63-16 Friday, Sept. 13.

The Storm had over 500 yards of total offense, including 400 yards of rushing. The Storm were led in rushing by Thomas Bryant, who had 18 carries for 192 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Jace Friesz had three touchdown passes. Friesz connected on a 61-yard touchdown pass to Greg Greciar. Friesz also had touchdown passes to Joey Leingang (21 yards) and Jaron Reis (14 yards). Friesz also scored on a twopoint conversion run. Joey Leingang had two rushing touchdowns and Jaron Reis had a rushing touchdown. Jon Bogert rushed for 53 yards and one touchdown. Bogert also had two, twopoint conversion runs. Logan Schmidt had the Storm’s last touchdown on a 56-yard touchdown run.
