The Elgin Summer Rec. Program is underway and here is a breakdown of the activities and times planned. From May 28 – July 16th ; T-Ball ages 4,5,6 boys and girls practice from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., Midgets ages 7,8,9 boys and girls practice from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
