Dakota Hill News

Welcome back everyone. We hope you all had a great week and amazing Labor Day weekend of fun with family and friends. Here’s what went down at The Hill this past week. Sunday afternoon Pastor Haberstroh came and read from “God plays a purple Banjo”. We sang a few favorite songs. Thank you for the great reading today Pastor Bethany. Monday morning Kathy S. returned for more reading from Rudolph Heupel life story.

After lunch we had the pleasure of Janice and friends come for our monthly devotions. What a great afternoon of Devotions and visiting. Tuesday afternoon we enjoyed a game of ball toss. Residents enjoyed trying to get balls to stay on the board for a score. Beverly D. 60, Donna S. 300, Elaine H. 110, Gloria V. 100 & Reiny Z. 180. We had a cheering section as well with residents who didn’t want to play but watched and got into the game cheering and rooting everyone on getting a score. A f t e r supper we got out the BINGO cards for another try at a win or two.
