“Click It or Ticket” is being taken more seriously in not only Grant County, but across the state. On August 1, the state of North Dakota passed a law mandating the use of seat belts for all occupants in a vehicle, regardless of where they are sitting.
A city street and infrastructure project that should be completed by Oct. 20 came with some challenges this summer, particularly with an abnormal amount of rainfall.
