The committee steering the basketball co-ops between the Mott-Regent School District and the Elgin/ New Leipzig School District has established a timeline to develop a mascot and team colors for the boys and girls basketball teams.
Authorities have released the name of a 22-year-old man who died following a single- vehicle rollover crash on Sunday, Oct. 22. Jace Pruitt, an Elgin resident, and 2019 graduate of Grant County High School, crashed his Ford F250 approximately three miles west of Glen Ullin sometime between the hours of 12:42 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., according to a release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
