The bread of life is worth celebrating

The season of Christmas is rolling right along. I still have a bare Christmas tree with the bottom third covered in lights at home - but am enjoying all the festive decorations in area communities.

Our sympathy to Harold Bruning, Carson, whose brother Fred Bruning, Illinois, died Dec. 5, 2023. May he rest in peace and his memory be a blessing.
