In early May, 25-year-old John Wayne Iszler of Elgin, confessed to Grant County Sheriff John Foss that he started multiple fires within Grant County. Fires included a garage on December 24, Dakota Farm Implement on December 31, West Acres Apartments on February 25, and a grass fire on April 18.
