EMS honored with commuity barbecues

To celebrate all EMS personnel during National EMS Week May 19-25, barbecues are being planned. The first will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 20, in the Elgin City Park. Next will be a barbecue from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at the New Leipzig Ambulance Hall. Then, the Carson quick response unit will host a barbecue at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at the Carson Main Street park, weather-permitting, or at the Legion Hall.
